Time guarantee does not apply to 11 x 17 prints or 12 x 18 prints. Please allow for an extra three to four business days for these items to ship out.
We have No Minimums. Order 10 copies if you want. In order to get color copies at .18 pricing you need to order at least 30 copies.

Please contact our company by phone or email within 7 business days of delivery of your order if you have any issues with your order. We will not be held liable for any order problems after this time frame has elapsed.

Setup Charges: There will be no setup charge if your file is print ready. If any work needs to be done to make your file print ready including resizing, pasting, editing, etc. there will be a $18.00 setup charge per file added to your order.
Reprints: Sir Cooper will only grant reprints if the printing was in our error. We WILL NOT reprint low resolution photos and/or bad files or any error on the customer files. Please select insurance when checking out online to get a reprint if you are not satisfied with your copies. Please be aware that you need to contact us within seven days of your delivery to request a reprint.
Refunds: We will issue a refund on a return if deemed appropriate. All refunds are issued on the first and fifteenth of each month. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. Sir Cooper will not pay to have the copies shipped back to Sir Cooper offices. Please be aware that you need to contact us within seven days of your delivery to request a refund or reprint.
Warning: Low-resolution images don't print well! Many images, particularly 72dpi jpegs taken off the Internet, look jagged and blurry when printed. For best results, we recommend that your images be at least 200dpi (dots per inch) but no more than 400 dpi. But don't go overboard because high-resolution images take up a ton of hard drive space and waste time printing and editing. Please select insurance when checking out online to get a reprint if you are not satisfied with your copies. Insurance will protect you from any errors on your part.
Time Guarantee: Sir Cooper is in no way liable for any orders that do not arrive on a customer timeline. It is up to the customer to choose the shipping method that best meets their time line. If you are up against a timeline, the only option to pick is Rush with Overnight Delivery. Sir Cooper will not be liable or be held responsible if customer timeline is not met. We will not refund any order that does not meet a customer's deadline.

Shipping costs for orders from sircooper.com depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that all shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Also note that our shopping cart figures an estimated weight. If upon weighing your copies the shipping price is more than what the shopping cart system figured, your account will be billed for the difference.
At Sircooper.com, part of the way we offer fast turnaround and low pricing is by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will look exactly like your printed sample from your home Ink Jet or Laser Printer. Even from one commercial printing & copying firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. We will do everything to make sure that your printed material will be of the highest quality possible.
We print to some of the highest standards in the industry, and have built our business through repeat business and word of mouth advertising. We place customer satisfaction at a premium and to ensure your complete satisfaction we ask that you please consider these factors before placing your order:
Customer Disks & Supplied Digital Information — All prices and quotations provided by Sircooper.com assume the customer provides properly prepared files following Sircooper.com written guidelines. The customer accepts all responsibility for supplied files that fail to output properly, contains errors or provide an unacceptable result. Sircooper.com will make every effort to discover problems in the disk pre-flight stage but accepts no responsibilities for errors not detected. Sircooper.com strives to provide the best quality possible but sometimes there are "uncontrollable" copy machine "marks." These include drum marks or random dots. This only happens about 3% of the time. Since we only charge 18 cents a copy, we cannot reprint any orders with the above marks.
Indemnification — The customer affirms ownership or publication rights to all artwork, photos and other materials submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sircooper.com from any and all lost, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against sircooper.com on grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person right to privacy or other personal right. The customer agrees to, at the customer’s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against sircooper.com provide that sircooper.com shall notify the customer with respect thereto.
